Returns and Exchanges

Hey there, wave chaser! Got a Swellz surf suit that isn't quite making your heart skip a swell? No worries, we've got you covered.


You have 7 days from delivery to decide if your new suit is your perfect wave partner or not quite the right fit. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, hygiene stickers, tags, and packaging intact (no ocean dips just yet!).


If you need a different size, we'll happily exchange it if it's in stock, or issue a store credit if not. Refunds are offered only for faulty items, in line with Australian Consumer Law, because every Swellz Siren deserves gear that performs as beautifully as it looks.


Processing Time

Once your return reaches us, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You'll receive an email once your exchange, credit, or refund has been finalised.


How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@swellz.com.au with your order number.

2. Let us know if you'd like an exchange, store credit, or refund (for faulty items only).

3. We'll reply with simple instructions for posting your item back to the Sunshine Coast.


Return shipping is your responsibility, so please include a tracking number, we wouldn't want your suit taking an unplanned surf trip without you!


This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for faulty or misdescribed products.
