At Swellz, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read the following information carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
All tags, hygiene stickers, and original packaging must be intact
Items must be returned in their original condition
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.
If you require a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email hello@swellz.com.au within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Swellz is not responsible for items lost in transit
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
You will be notified via email once your exchange, store credit, or refund has been completed.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees for products that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
