Swellz is an Australian-owned business based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We currently ship within Australia only.

 

Shipping Rates (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 AUD Australia-wide

  • Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD Australia-wide

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $300 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are shown before payment is completed.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), dispatch may take up to 3 business days

 

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–9 business days, depending on location

  • Express Shipping: Approximately 2–5 business days for most metro areas

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays or regional locations.

 

Shipping Provider & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, Swellz is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post or external factors. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@swellz.com.au, and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible.

 

International Shipping

At this time, Swellz does not offer international shipping.
