We're proudly based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, and ship exclusively within Australia, because we like to keep things close to home (and the sea).

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 AUD Australia-wide.

• Express Post: $19.95 AUD for those last-minute surf trips.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $300 AUD ship free!

Dispatch Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours (business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods such as Christmas or major sales, please allow up to 72 hours for dispatch.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

• Express shipping: 2–5 business days for most metro areas.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way, so you can follow your package from the coast to your door.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, Swellz is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by Australia Post, but we'll always do our best to help you track it down and resolve any issues.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but stay tuned, our waves might travel further soon!
