Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify-approved payment providers, including credit card services, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Swellz does not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders where fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Shipping
Swellz currently ships within Australia only.
Shipping costs, dispatch times, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to the carrier’s services. Swellz will assist customers with tracking enquiries where required.
Returns & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
